Harbormen Heating & Cooling is a small HVAC outfit out of East Bridgewater run by Nick, and the thing that keeps showing up review after review is speed: homeowners describe him on-site within 30 to 60 minutes of a call, including during a major summer heat wave. The company's own site says it maintains, services, and replaces residential heating and air conditioning systems in the area. The Google record here is remarkably clean — 4.9 stars from 37 ratings, with all 36 written reviews dated between November 2025 and August 2026, and not one of them negative. The work described ranges from routine AC and furnace repairs to full system swaps: a November 2025 review describes a complete system replacement finished in a single day, and mini-split installations come up repeatedly, including a four-head, two-condenser job spread across two floors of a home. That same November, one customer described Harbormen handling two jobs in one year — a full Cape-house renovation retrofit with two new heat pumps and ductwork, then a full replacement of two HVAC units at a second property. Pricing draws unusually specific praise: a November 2025 review says three competing quotes "weren't even comparable" to Harbormen's, and other reviewers describe estimates that came in well below what they'd been quoted elsewhere, with one calling the breakdown fully itemized and transparent. One review describes a more personal job: after a customer's family member who worked in HVAC passed away unexpectedly and left behind new equipment, the owner installed that customer-supplied furnace and AC system — the kind of job some shops turn away. There isn't much to flag here beyond the calendar: the whole written record so far falls inside about a year, so there's no multi-year history to point to yet, and no licence or BBB information turned up alongside the reviews. For anyone in East Bridgewater or the South Shore who needs an AC or furnace fixed fast, or is weighing mini-split quotes, Harbormen looks like a strong call based on what customers have written so far — worth confirming current pricing and lead times directly, since a fast-growing reputation like this one can mean a fuller schedule.
Nick came as soon as I called and in less than half an hour I had functioning air conditioning. Nick is my go-to guy from now on. Smart, helpful, courteous and better than I ever expected.
I had a new a/c system installed last week by Nick and Jerome. I am extremely pleased with the quality of their work. They were very professional as well as polite and caring. They scheduled the work, appeared on time and made sure that everything was cleaned up at all times. The pricing was competitive and I would look no further than hiring HarborMen for any and all of your heating and a/c needs.
Highly recommend this company. I called Nick asking to help repair my AC and he was at my home within 45 minutes. Very nice and I will be going with him again if needed.
Nick installed a new condenser and evaporator coil. Would recommend Nick to anyone looking for any HVAC needs. Very professional and knowledgeable about his trade
A friend of mine recommended, Nick! I texted him and he was out within the hour to check my older central air system, the fan had stopped working, he told me it was the capacitor, and it was all fixed as I saw him pulling down my street as I was pulling up my street on my way home from work! I couldn’t be more happy! He’s a very nice young man and my friend could not say enough about the renovations. He is doing at her daughter‘s home here in town! The price was fair and reasonable! I have already given his info to my next-door, neighbor! Would recommend Nick to anyone who is looking for an honest person who gives a fair price!
