A recent customer said Liberty and Jordin handle a biweekly cleaning, and a recent customer who has used the company for over 5 years called Mary an involved owner. A recent one-star customer said they paid over $1,500 for a deep cleaning and that the dusting was poorly done. A recent one-star customer said the staff was rude and overcharged, and the kitchen was not mopped on a deep cleaning. A recent one-star customer said they were charged the full rate after the cleaners left because the house felt too warm and the air was not on. A 2026 customer who had used the company several times said that when they asked for the charge not to exceed $400, a woman who identified herself as the owner said the cleaners would not come unless the customer authorized unlimited charges. In a 2025 review, a customer said the cleaners stayed 2 hours at a newly purchased home, said it was too hot to finish, and still charged the full $500. A 2025 post in r/connecticut from a southeastern Connecticut customer warned "BUYER BEWARE."

I am so impressed with the job that Liberty, Natalie and Sarah did today for our deep clean appointment! They were friendly, professional and left our house sparkling and spotless. We have three dogs and loved on them and were patient with them getting to know them. Thank you so much and I am looking forward to having our biweekly cleaning. I hired Queen Bee Cleaning for a distressed investment property that I recently acquired. It was in pretty rough shape and they did an incredible job bringing it back to life. We were actually able to salvage quite a bit more than expected because of the quality of their deep clean!
Very Disappointing Experience – Absolutely Not Worth the Money The people who came to clean my house were: Karlee, Jordin, Mia, and Liberty. I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning company. I paid over $1,500 for a deep cleaning, and the quality of the work was absolutely unacceptable for the price I was charged. The cleaning was poorly done, especially when it came to dusting. I had to constantly follow up with the cleaners and point out areas that were not properly cleaned, asking them to go back and redo their work. Even after that, there were areas that were left completely untouched. For a service advertised and paid for as a deep cleaning, this was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was the response from the owner, Mari. She told me they could come back to clean the areas that had been missed, but I would have to pay an additional $70 per hour, per person. I found this response unreasonable and very disappointing. Why should a customer have to pay hundreds of dollars more to correct work that was already included in a service costing over $1,500? A deep cleaning should mean that the home is thoroughly cleaned, not that the customer has to supervise the cleaners, repeatedly point out missed areas, and then be asked to pay even more to get the job done properly. I expected professional service, attention to detail, and accountability. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a thorough, high-quality deep cleaning. The service did not meet my expectations, and the proposed additional charges to address the missed work made the situation even more frustrating. Save your money and make sure you fully understand what is included in the service before booking.
