Alex was very prompt responding to my request to replace an existing loose bathroom faucet with a new duplicate. He was terrific in letting us know his arrival time. He even arrived a few minutes early. Respectful of our home by putting booties on his shoes. After completing the job he cleaned everything up. He made sure to show us the job was finished and nothing was leaking. Price was reasonable.
