Homeowners keep coming back to Quinn's for the second house. One customer had a whole home resided and every window replaced inside five days this spring, praising crew members who wore shoe covers indoors over new flooring and swept up at the end of each day - the kind of detail that tells you how a job is actually run. Quinn's Construction works out of Dracut and is run by Tom Quinn, who describes himself as a general, roofing and siding contractor. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 187855, is active. BBB has it accredited with an A+ grade since 2010, with the business itself dating to 2008 and six employees on the books - though the company's own materials describe over forty years of contracting experience behind it, which is Tom Quinn's career rather than the company's age. The reputation runs deep for a six-person outfit: 4.9 across 69 Google ratings, with 20 written accounts stretching back to 2021, plus a 5.0 from four reviews on Houzz. The work described is nearly always a package rather than a single item - roof, siding, windows, gutters, trim and doors bundled into one project - and the recurring name is Scott, the project manager customers credit with detailed quotes, honest timelines and answering texts. Recent accounts stay on message: scope and timeline stated clearly up front and delivered as described. The credentials line up with that work. It is a James Hardie contractor and an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred contractor, both self-reported and echoed on Houzz, along with Pella windows and Azek decking. Houzz also lists a construction supervisor licence number, CS-39732, for the business. Two things to know before calling. Small jobs may not be a fit - an earlier reviewer was turned away as too small and local, and the projects described here are consistently large. And the one sharply negative review in the history is not about workmanship at all but about the sales visit: a homeowner in 2022 described a consultant who arrived unprepared and would not book a follow-up on the spot. Against 69 ratings that reads as an outlier, but it is worth being direct about scheduling expectations when you first make contact. One more note on paperwork: BBB lists the company under the alternate names Roofs for Life and Quinn's Construction, LLC, and shows two owners who are both named Thomas Quinn - so confirm which entity and which Quinn signs your contract. The right call for a whole-exterior job in the Merrimack Valley - roof, siding and windows together, with one project manager running it. Confirm the scope, the crew and the contract entity in writing before work starts.

This is our second house to have new siding and windows done with quinns. Communication was great with Scott. Kept me up to date throughout whole process. Even will respond to text which is great as I don't like having to call for every little thing. Crew had house resided and all new windows done within 5 days and it was top quality work. They cleaned up at the end of everyday. We added a few things during construction which they were understanding of and handled. They wore covers over there shoes to not make a mess of the house which was great cause we just had new flooring and carpet put in. The deck is beautiful and it's like a totally different house. Highly recommend.

Within the last year we have relied on Quinn’s Construction to replace our roof, gutters, exterior trim, including corner boards, exterior doors, more than 30 windows and install drywall. Scott, the Project Manager, is knowledgeable, dependable, efficient, and fantastic to work with. Scott provided detailed quotes, answered all questions/concerns promptly, adhered to agreed timeline and was in near constant communication throughout the process. The crew was highly skilled, courteous, and professional; they were meticulous and kept a clean worksite during and after completion of each project. We were particularly impressed with the replacement of the exterior intricate corner boards and the complicated, detailed work involved in authenticating the original boards which required careful work to ensure matching architectural style, structural definition, and precise alignment. We highly recommend Quinn’s Construction and would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects.

Working with Scott was such a pleasure. His team arrived promptly, did a great job replacing our roof and repaired some unexpected issues. They also repaired the crown molding on our large bay window. They cleaned everything up and wrapped up in one day. Pricing was by far better than other quotes we had received which were for the roof only. Definitely will recommend and use Quinn's construction again.

We were quoted a competitive price for a new roof. The process was explained to us and then executed flawlessly.
