I knew R&A was the firm to go with after my first interaction with Santos. He took the time to understand the issues with my skylights and roofing and patiently walked through the details with me and even showed me some of the areas of concern via active drone footage. Santos worked the numbers out and ensured that we aligned where it was most reasonable. Execution was timed well and the job was carried out with great care overall. Santos and team were there immediately when we realized that the first skylight required adjustments. I would go to Santos for any future roofing and skylight needs without any hesitation and I would recommend R&A to anyone who is looking to get roofing/ skylight work done.

Had some leaking from a vent pipe. R&A came quick to install a broken flashing and I no longer have leaking in my house. Awesome job!

They were excellent! A few different contractors came out to give me quotes on a new roof. The tech who came to my house, went up on my roof, discovered the issue, found an extra shingle in his van and fixed my roof for no charge. And just in time for a huge rainstorm! Couldn't be happier with the result. When it is time for me to replace my roof, they will get my business.

R&A replaced two skylights and repaired our chimney flashing. Santos was fast, thorough and communicative. When a separate leak turned up from the chimney mortar, Santos applied waterproofing as a short-term fix while we sort out a permanent repair.
