Roofs are expensive so it can be very stressful finding a contractor. I interviewed many and am very happy with our decision. Peter and his team did an outstanding job on our very large and very complex duplex roof replacement project. From the beginning, Peter took the time to fully assess the situation and provide me with his expert opinion on how he would suggest we move forward. He is a nice guy and likes to do things the right way. After reviewing his detailed proposal, I asked many questions and I could tell by his responses that he has tons of qualifications that can only come from years of experience. He is also now GAF certified, so we were able to get a much better warranty! Our tenants that lived there during the work were very happy with him too as they worked really hard and kept everything very clean. They even completed the work earlier than expected! He even was able to repair our gutters which were in worse shape than I realized. After the project was finished, our tenant noticed some discoloration on the ceiling on the first floor and we incorrectly assumed it was from the roof. Peter was very quick to show that this was a previous chimney caulking problem (you could tell by the different numbers of stains) and actually pinpointed where the water was coming in along the side of the home. Peter takes great pride in his craft. He fixed the chimney problem just to show that it was not related at all to his roof work. You can trust Peter. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!
