North East Interiors & Exteriors holds a 4.8-star rating on Google from 16 ratings. A 2023 Google reviewer said Dillon had repaired and maintained their old shingle roof since they bought the house in 2021, never pressuring them to fully replace it and giving them a horizon to plan for the expense. That 2023 customer said they got multiple estimates when the roof came due, and North East came in best on materials, timeline, product guarantee and price. In the same 2023 account, the customer wrote that the company completely redid the roof with pressure treated shingles while they were away on spring break, and that Dillon communicated and managed every step of the way.
Wonderful experience! Dillon has been taking care of our old shingle roof since we bought our house in 2021. It was on its last legs but he never pressured us to fully replace it, he just carefully repaired and maintained it in its final years and gave us a horizon so we could plan for the inevitable expense. This spring it came time to replace the roof and, although I knew we would be working with Dillon, I did get multiple estimates for context. North East came in with the best materials, timeline, product guarantee and …… get this….. price!!! The best work for the best price. They completely redid our roof with pressure treated shingles while we were away on spring break. We came home to the most beautiful, glowing cedar roof ever. They were meticulous in every detail and, as always, Dillon was an amazing communicator and manager every step of they way. Home projects have historically been a nightmare but the new roof was something we had time to plan and budget for and ended up being easy and very pleasant. We will miss seeing them to often now that we have a perfect roof!!!
