R&K Landscape and Construction is a Lynn landscaping and construction company working out of High Rock Street. On Google it carries 3 stars from two ratings. An October 2022 Google reviewer had a hard complaint, and it is about conduct rather than workmanship: they said the crew blocked driveways, and that asking the workers to park legally so residents could get in and out drew rudeness and profanity. If you are considering them for yard or site work, ask up front how the crew parks and stages equipment on a tight street, get the scope and schedule in writing, and ask for proof of insurance and a couple of recent local jobs you can look at.
Steer clear of this company unless you want rude, unprofessional workers that use profanity when you ask them to not block your driveway. They feel entitled to block driveways and if you ask them to park legally so that you can get in or out, they’ll ask you if you’re going to unload equipment for them because they’re not going to park further down. There are much more professional landscapers that appreciate business. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!
