Our neighbor has used R&R Houle for years and highly recommended them to us. After a discussion with Ron (the owner, very nice) we signed up. We like engaging a local hauler rather than the national brand that took over here. We are glad we changed providers: the pricing is better than our old supplier but more importantly, they will help us deal with all our debris so we rarely have to go to the dump any more. (Of course, my wife still goes to the Swap Shop sometimes, but with an empty car!) We had one concern since we had the service but Ron called us back to discuss concern and we're all set. We are very pleased.

I had been a customer for 20 years, actual service is great, you could set a watch. NOW - I am not a customer because I am retired and take care of my trash removal - AND I CANNOT get them to stop sending me monthly bills, even with speaking directly with the owner on the phone. When I was a customer I didn't actually get a bill, I just paid them monthly without an issue. Now that I am NOT A CUSTOMER I get billed regularly for a service I no longer have. No one will answer the phone.
