Had my bathroom done 3 years ago. The process of dealing with Gerome was a nightmare. Project was supposed to be done in July. Was told in July that the parts are on back order. Wasn’t done until October. He was very hard to get ahold of. He asked for final payment even tho it was due after the job was completed. He needed the money to pay his workers to complete the job. Fast forward to 3 years later, we’ve had a slow leak due to the brand new toilet not being installed correctly. Current plumber said it was a hack job done previously and they didn’t take the time to clean around the pipes and just threw the new toilet on top of corrosion and called it a day.

Ordered a shower remodel from them now over 2 years ago. Was contacted to choose different materials after a few months. At one year since order told them I wanted my money back, guess what still waiting. Don't fall for Gerome's catch phrase of either Uncle Buck in the truck or You need to hand me the deposit ...because you won't get it back. Looking into small claims court.

They cancelled the job after stating that the quote they gave was too low. Its been 5 months and they have not returned my down payment and do not return calls. their BBB accreditation has been revoked. I am in contact with a lawyer. Stay far away from Gerome and his son.

Give them the down payment of 1000.00 and no work was done. Canceled the job a couple of months later and still no money back. Not taking our calls and are now headed to small claims court. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Remodelers installed a new acrylic bathtub with walls, tub and fixtures on 11/25/2020. The work was professionally done and I continue to enjoy my investment every day.
