No doubt 5/5 stars for Bob Arthur. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to do a home improvement project. We hired him to install new windows, fix previously-installed windows that were not done correctly (by a different company), and to replace some siding. He was very helpful and transparent during the estimate and proposal stage, worked on an excellent schedule, and completed the project quicker than we expected. The service, quality, and workmanship is unmatched. We will absolutely hire Bob again for our future projects.

We had Bob and his crew replace essentially every window in our home, 21 in total, and our porch sliding door. We are very pleased with the results. Bob is a straightforward and professional person who explained all the options for replacement or new construction windows and worked with us through all our many questions so that we felt completely informed. We never felt like we were talking to a salesman, he is simply a professional who knows windows. One thing that was very important to me was that the exterior of the house keep the same appearance. We didn’t want bulky aluminum wrapping over the existing trim. Bob assured us he only used high quality materials and replaced all our old exterior trim and rotting sills with new pvc. The crew was very clean and efficient. They kept a tidy workspace outside and left everything clean when working inside the house. After the work was completed there was a noticeable difference inside the house. Even though this was not an inexpensive job we are confident that the investment in the comfort and quality of our home is worth it. We wholeheartedly recommend Bob and his crew to our neighbors and he’ll be our first choice when we eventually need to replace our front door.

This was our first experience with Bob and I was extremely impressed with the work him and his crew did installing our replacement windows. I had multiple contractors come to look at the job and from that initial meeting I knew I would hire Bob to do the job. He was pleasant, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to give me the confidence that the job would be done correctly. He listened intently especially when I explained our budget based on the timeline we expect to be in our home.
