West Shore Home runs a Franklin, MA operation built around two products: bathroom conversions and door-and-window replacement — and the reviews describe both as full jobs, not quick patches. A repeated story: a sales visit to walk through options, then an install crew that shows up, works through the day, and leaves before dinner. On the bathroom side, the work is a real renovation, not a liner dropped over an old tub. One reviewer described a plumber upgrading the tub's trap with a permit pulled and an inspector signing off, the old tub coming out, new walls and flooring going in, and a second inspection approving the finished enclosure — start to finish in a day. That level of detail repeats across the record: crews pulling old fiberglass tubs, re-plumbing the drain, and handing back a working walk-in shower the same afternoon. On the exterior side, front-door and window jobs move just as fast — reviewers describe full front-door swaps and multi-window installs wrapped up in three to eight hours, crews covering the floors first and vacuuming on the way out. The names repeat often enough to read as real crews rather than a rotating cast: Anthony and Damari on showers, Jovani and Jais on tubs and doors, the Josh/Noah/DJ team on windows. The written record backing this is recent and one-sided: 107 reviews on file, all from this year, with zero negatives in the last six months. On Google it holds a 5-star rating across 116 ratings, and its Better Business Bureau page is an accredited A+. What's worth asking before booking: this is a larger, multi-crew operation — a sales rep quotes the job, then a separate install team (and sometimes a third for plumbing) does the actual work — so confirm who's showing up on install day, not just who ran the estimate. For a Franklin-area homeowner comparing a full bathroom conversion against a window-and-door refresh, the story's the same either way: a permit when the job calls for one, one install day, and a crew that cleans up before it leaves.

Mason,Lucas,Jean This was my assigned team for my bathroom detail. Let me tell you from the sales guy down to the construction guy is a whole different dimension. Anyway, these gentlemen worked professionally as a team everybody doing their job working around each other speaking with each other about what needed to be done and answering all my questions. The bathroom looks fabulous. I am very pleased with everything and good luck and God bless these boys. you’re doing a great job.
Mason and anthony did a tub to shower remodel very pleased with the job they did.
We had a fantastic experience with West Shore Homes from start to finish. Our account executive, Matt was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. Our Installation team…Josh, Noah, DJ, and LD were outstanding. They were professional, clearly very skilled, and took great care in their work. Our new front door and sliding doors look amazing, and the attention to detail really shows. They also kept everything neat and clean throughout the installation, which we truly appreciated. I highly recommend this team if you are looking for quality workmanship and a great customer experience!
Ethan and Keever did a professional job on window install. Quality work and friendly.
West Shore Homes was very professional from giving a reasonable quote to finalizing a 30 window home installation. Each day of this project was coordinated, timed and executed with clear communication. It was extremely refreshing to see all team members working and not one was distracted by personal phone calls or cell phone usage. The Field Team was supported by their Main Office. All breaks were scheduled and finished in a timely matter. All debris from daily work was cleaned up inside the home and outside. My walk thru with the Project Manager were conducted during each day of the project. Any and all concerns or issues were addressed immediately. I can not Thank West Shore Homes enough for such a professional job. Windows are a huge expense, this company is worth the price of new window insulation and has made me a return customer for additional services. Thank you for your professionalism. Hire this Company… You won’t regret it!
