A recent customer hired R.T. Valley Mechanical to install a gas line to a new kitchen stove, and called them their go-to for gas and HVAC needs. That customer said the crew worked around their not being home, explained why more parts were needed, and talked through future plans rather than giving the cheapest quote. Their price was the highest of the quotes the customer collected. The customer said the work was finished well and that, without being asked, they ran the cord properly instead of letting the customer cut a hole into a recently renovated bathroom. The company's website lists free estimates and 24/7 emergency service.
These guys are my go to Gas and HVAC needs for life. I needed a gas line installed to a new kitchen stove as mine unfortunately broke and I planned to go natural gas route in the future. I already have heat for my home and this is next step. I reached out to a few places to get a quote and genuinely would’ve stopped at first quote if I was treated the way these guys treated me. I’m a young homeowner, my work life balance is not great and not only did they accommodate me not being there and made me sure I knew what was going on, they explained why I needed more parts and discussed with me future plans to not just give me the cheapest quote but make sure I was taken care of. After working with me, thoroughly explaining why they were doing what they wanted to, I went with them and they were the highest of my quotes but they took incredible care of me. Work was finished and finished well, even went above and beyond and ran my cord properly when I didn’t even ask for that. I was gonna cut a hole improperly into my recently renovated bathroom and I didn’t even have to make that mistake because without asking they did it better than I was going to.
