We can’t say enough good things about working with Rachel! When we first thought about buying a new home, we honestly didn’t think it was possible—especially with the market being so unpredictable. We already owned a home and weren’t sure how to navigate selling while trying to buy at the same time. Rachel walked us through every step, helped us put in an offer on our dream home with a condition to sell, and then worked her magic to get our current home sold in just a few days—over asking! She also guided us through the complexities of an estate sale on the new house, which we truly don’t think would have gone through without her expertise and negotiation skills. She was always available to answer our (many) questions, kept us calm through the stressful moments, and made what felt impossible actually happen. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who genuinely cares and knows how to get things done, Rachel is the one! Highly recommend.
Rachel is an amazing agent who really goes above and beyond for her clients! Rachel has a ton of local knowledge and knows how to get offers accepted for buyers, and top dollar for sellers. If you are thinking of buying or selling you should definitely give Rachel a call!
My experience is that Rachel is highly unprofessional in the way that she speaks about others—men in particular. I would much prefer to hire a realtor who conducts themselves in a professional, decent manner without causing a scene or publicly bashing others. But that’s just me. Don’t believe me? She does everyone the favor of showing more of her true colors on her social media. Do better, Rachel.
