Ram Jack New England works out of Wareham, lifting and leveling concrete rather than pouring it new — sunken pool aprons, garage slabs that dropped below the floor, foundations cracked and leaning. The Better Business Bureau lists the company (also doing business as Northeast Foundation Repair, LLC) as A+ accredited since 2016, putting it at roughly 11 years in business. Across 23 reviews spanning 2016 to 2026 on Google and Angi, the same handful of names keep showing up — Travis, Matt, Mike Parsons, David — each described walking a homeowner through the fix in person rather than just doing the work and leaving. A Falmouth condo association had Ram Jack level two sunk garage entrances; a homeowner with a leaning, cracked retaining wall said the crack was arrested and the crew went beyond the original scope to fix related issues they spotted; another had a pool apron that had sunk up to five inches brought back level. Google puts them at 4.5★ from 33 ratings and Angi at 4.6★ from 6. Not every account is clean. A December 2023 review described being ghosted after an on-site assessment — Ram Jack said the leveling couldn't proceed until an unrelated deck was replaced, then went quiet; a different contractor later found the whole addition had been built in a way that made leveling impossible regardless, so the original call may have been right even if the follow-through wasn't. An August 2021 review said the finished footings didn't look like what was explained, and a promised fix from the manager never materialized over more than a year. A November 2023 review, despite rating them five stars, said the estimate ran about four times a competing quote. And a 2022 Angi review that otherwise praised Matt's work mentioned some leaking afterward. They're a fit for a genuine foundation, slab, or retaining-wall problem where someone wants the fix explained as it happens — but it's worth getting a second quote given the pricing complaint, and worth asking directly what happens if they can't do the job once they're on site.
“Had Ram Jack New England come out to do an estimate on foundation repair for our house. Nearly two months later, still no estimate and no response.”
First class service and workmanship! Highly recommended.
Out of 3 companies that I received quotes from to address water leaks from rain/windstorms in multiple areas in my basement, Ramjack in Wareham was the only one that directly and successfully addressed the problem with a reasonable price quote. Work was done professionally, timely and as described in the proposal.
The RamJack people, from estimate to job completion, were as professional and as detail oriented as I could have hoped for. Great job. Absolute 5 Star.
I had a great experience. Initially, the quote was unrealistic for the job, but after having them rereview and providing a different company’s quote, they were very apologetic and provided a more accurate number and then price matched. Communication was great and they were professional. The work done looks good and they explained everything very well while working. I worked with Matt and Greg who were very nice and helpful.
They were professionable from start to finish. The two gentlemen who did the work explained every step as they did it and were very neat.
