Rattigan & Sons

Rattigan & Sons were great! The team was extremely professional, communicative, and did great work in a tight timeline. I definitely plan to reach out to them again for my next home project.

We have an older house that has needed quite a bit of work recently. A roof taken down in the back of the house, new second floor bathroom and a new kitchen sink and counter top. Naturally with an older house problems arise but Sean was quick to come up with cost effective solutions and communicated well through all of the projects! Even had some great suggestions for future projects we had him look at. Would definitely hire Sean and his team again!

Rattigan & Sons are amazing! At least 11 out of 5 stars! The quality of their work is exceptional and they use the highest quality building materials! Everyone with Rattigan & Sons are top of the line experts! I can’t easily describe how happy I am that Rattigan & Sons remodeled my kichen and how much I love everything about my new kitchen and how perfect it turned out! Sean Rattigan is incredible! He’s so smart and expert at every aspect of construction and he’s amazing to work with! He’s super thoughtful, down to earth, nice, funny guy and he will straight talk and tell you how it is. He’s fantastic to communicate with and he’s a true dog lover! I have 3 pups and they love Sean! The craftsmanship and experience of Rattigan & Sons is excellent beyond anything I ever could have imagined! The cabinets and countertops are the absolutely highest quality! Everything was installed perfectly! I feel so much joy every time I walk into my new kitchen! It is a true masterwork!

Working with Jodi and her amazing crew could not have been a smoother experience. From the first visit, to the quote, to the schedule and execution was straightforward, dependable, and cooperative. We asked Jodi to begin the quote with just the upper level (2nd floor and attic) of our home due to our budget restrictions. She was willing to work with us and was so flexible. We decided to give Jodi and her crew the entire job because of how reasonable and efficient her pricing was. No surprises. Such a hardworking team, they transformed our 150 year old wooden siding from looking beat up and weathered to looking absolutely fantastic. No mess left behind, fast and great quality workmanship. Highly recommend!!

Did an amazing job on several projects - a deck rebuild, roof replacement, new stairs. Punctual, excellent communication, prompt answers to questions, crew was second to none. Will use Rattigan again!
