May 14, 2026 Raynor had installed a door lift for one side of our garage years ago. We were happy with their work and had them come back this May to install a door lift for the other garage door. From a call to their office, we found out that the initial door lift that we had installed, was no longer available, as the supplier had revamped their product line six months ago. The new lifter does not come with a remote keypad, but you can pay to get a keypad. We didn’t need one, as we already had a keypad installed with the first garage door lifter. Also, the current lifter comes with one remote instead of two. However, the current remote will open both garage doors. The price of the new lifter was definitely higher than what we paid for the old one, which wasn’t surprising. We were glad that Liz, the manager, relayed all of this updated information to us. She provided us with an appointment that was within a few days of us calling, and the next day, we received a message, asking us if they could arrive a day early to do the job, which was fine by us. Cody arrived on time, gave us an estimate for the time it would take to do the job, listened attentively to any questions my husband asked him, provided the answers to the questions, and got to work. He finished the job before the estimated time he had given us. To our delight, the new door lifter is extremely quiet, well worth the increased amount for this new, and improved, lifter. Payment was made and we received the paid invoice from Liz the next day. All in all, another positive experience with Raynor Door Authority of New England. We highly recommend them! ---------------------- A tension spring broke on our garage door. We contacted Raynor Door Authority of New England at 444 E Industrial Park Dr, Unit 3, Manchester, NH 03109. They had visited us a couple of years ago, updating one of our garage doors. We were told that a repair person would arrive the 'next day' to fix the broken spring. The Raynor repair person, Craig, arrived 15 minutes early. He was extremely focused, a hard worker, efficient, and explained everything as he did his work. He replaced both tension springs, all cables, and then performed maintenance on both garage doors. (When we booked the appointment for service repair, we also asked them to do a maintenance check.) My husband and I definitely recommend Craig, and the Raynor company for garage door repairs. When we are ready to upgrade our other garage door, we will give them a call.

My garage door opener detached from the door. I called Raynor and they sent someone out the next day. Cody was very efficient and personable. Fixed the problem in about 30 minutes with door maintenance as well. I will definitely recommend Raynor to others!

It was a pleasure doing business with Raynor Door Authority of New England. The garage door they sold and installed for us is just what we were looking for. Justin installed the door and he did a great job. He also took the time to answer questions that I had. The people I worked with over the phone to arrange the install (Liz and Taryn) were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I can also attest to their excellent customer service and support. Prior to getting a new garage door I had called them because we had an issue with our old garage door. I called them and a technician was at our house within an hour or so and quickly got our old door working well enough to get us through the holidays until the new door was installed.

Raynor Door = Rock stars. New opener is super sweet - quiet and wrap around light is delightfully bright. Love the motion sensor feature so whenever I walk in the garage it lights up immediately. Derek McDonald is a super pleasant salesman and Cody's installation is perfect. Our old opener didn't pull the door up to the full height of the opening. The new one does.
