Reale Built Construction

Reale Built Construction is a Scituate design-build and renovation contractor that says it specializes in coastal and oceanfront homes across the South Shore — frame-to-finish custom builds, additions, and construction on pilings for waterfront or flood-prone sites. The company's website says it was founded by South Shore native Jeff Reale, who describes himself as having over 20 years of hands-on experience in home construction, and lists its service area as Scituate, Marshfield and Hanson. Given the specialized nature of piling and flood-zone construction, it's worth asking directly about past waterfront projects and how the company handles permitting in flood-prone zones before signing a contract.
