Red's of Jaffrey delivers home heating oil, and its website names Jaffrey as its service area and offers 24/7 emergency service. A 2022 customer said that after their automatic-delivery supplier let them run almost dry, Red's answered on the first ring, set up an account and delivered a full tank of oil within the hour. A 2024 customer who woke up without oil and with some water around the boiler said Red's had someone filling the tank within a few hours and put them in touch with a technician to assess the water. A 2022 customer who ran out of oil in winter said the woman on the phone checked the schedule and the company delivered that night. A 2026 customer, new to Red's, said a tank inspection was required and the driver came out the next day at 9 am. A 2024 customer said Max came out to clean and check the boiler, the owner John came too, and the two explained every part of it before running a diagnostic with computerized equipment. A 2022 customer said Red's did a furnace install for them and praised how it came out. A 2025 customer said they had used Red's for years for car and furnace work, and a 2023 customer from out of town with a ticking engine said Red's saw them the next day and diagnosed the issue. A 2022 customer called the customer service poor and demeaning and said the company would not deliver if a bill took longer than a week to pay in full.

I called Red's to check their current fuel oil price; it was up to .30 lower than other companies. Since I was a new customer, a tank inspection was required. To my surprise & delight, the driver came out the next day at 9 am! Both the office manager & driver were so friendly & helpful. Fast, efficient, wonderful service; I am now a Red's customer!

I just wanted to say that I had a great experience with Red's Oil. Specifically their Technician Department that works on and cleans your boilers and oil burners. I wanted and needed to have my boiler cleaned and the efficiency checked. They sent out Max to clean and check my boiler out. To my surprise the owner John came out also. They both not only cleaned my boiler but explained and went over every part of it so that I understood everything they were doing and how it all worked. At the end they performed a diagnostic with their computerized equipment and certified it was running at peak capacity. Red's has always been a staple to the Hillsborough County community. John is the third generation and the family business shines through to with their work ethic and customer service. I highly recommend them to everyone!! Thank you again for all you did for me.
Just stoped And Filled up my tank. You don't see a full service gas station much anymore and it was a very nice interaction. I used the restroom and it was very clean and the whole intraction with the entire establishment was very pleasing and a nice part of my day.
