The Better Business Bureau lists delivery of fuel oil, kerosene, gasoline and propane. Heating repair shows up alongside the deliveries. A 2025 customer said its technician fixed a heating system other companies could not figure out, in a few hours. A 2024 customer said Shayna helped get their heat back up and running the same day. A 2024 customer said they had used the company for home oil delivery, a second-opinion inspection and a boiler cleaning. A 2022 customer said the tank was filled one hour after calling, after being told to expect fuel in one to two days. A 2024 customer said the company replaced a furnace control box twice over hot water issues, then added a mixing valve their landlord paid $600 for; that customer wrote that a stuck zone valve was the actual issue. A 2024 customer at an apartment building said the company shut the propane off in the middle of winter to trace a line, and that the technician threw his tools down and got in the customer's face when asked about it.
