A 2026 customer said the oil tank was found empty at around 7pm on a Friday, with a storm on the way, and Reed Family Energy came to fill the tank at 11pm, within 4 hours. A 2025 customer said the delivery driver was also one of the owners and came for the delivery quickly. A 2024 customer wrote that a previous fuel company from Alfred did not deliver as promised and that Reed went out of their way to provide fuel. A 2023 customer who came home after Thanksgiving to an empty tank said they came out within hours and helped re-light the furnace. A 2023 customer, a first-time homeowner, said they were kind, generous and informative and taught them a bunch.

Reed Family Energy is amazing. My fiancé realized at around 7pm that our oil tank was empty. I thought there was no way that the oil company we use could come out to service us with there being a storm and everything in the next couple days. Within 4 hours, at 11pm, on a Friday night, Reed Family Energy came to fill our tank. We are so thankful and grateful. If you’re reading this because you’re trying to decide who to pick to get oil from, this is your sign to go with Reed Family Energy. I just love that their business name has the word family in it too because that’s truly how they treat their costumers, like family!!

What an amazing company.❤️They saved the day. I will not use anyone else anymore. My previous fuel company from Alfred didn’t deliver as promised and Reed went out of their way to provide us fuel. I so appreciate them. 🙏🏻
