Rego runs four trades out of Dighton — electrical, heating, cooling and plumbing — and the review volume is the first thing you notice: 488 Google ratings averaging 4.9, on a record stretching back to 2021. What customers write about is technicians by name. Ben dominates the summer 2026 HVAC reviews — one homeowner in July 2026 said he called back when nobody else would and got their unit running; another in July 2026 credited Ben and Austin with diagnosing a problem and saving the unit at a reasonable cost. Bill Bolduc is the name on the heating side, with an October 2025 customer calling him the best tech in the business, and an October 2025 reviewer describing Bill and Jared returning a day and a half after a repair failed, replacing a pump and cleaning up another contractor's wiring at no charge. On plumbing it's Cesar; on the electrical side, Jayden, Brandon and Ashton, who in July 2025 upgraded a 100-amp service to 200 amps and modified a workbench so the job would pass inspection. The bigger installs read well too. A July 2026 customer replacing a 30-year-old HVAC system said Rego's pricing was comparable to other quotes but the office produced several options to meet Mass Save incentive requirements and moved the installation date earlier. A September 2025 generator buyer praised punctuality and a full walkthrough of how to run it. Mini-splits, boilers, central AC and Generac standby generators all appear. The complaints are fewer but serious, and they cluster on plumbing and on what happens when a job goes sideways. A June 2026 one-star reviewer said drains were installed incorrectly and outflow pipes set at the wrong pitch, that walls had to be opened to replace soaked sheetrock, and that the company declined to honour the work because it was a month outside warranty. In October 2025 another customer said a signed, agreed price was abandoned mid-job — the mini-split left un-reassembled, calls unreturned, and a replacement quote at more than double the original. An August 2025 reviewer said two visits left the AC unfixed. And a January 2026 customer, happy with the repair, objected to a $99 fee just to get a technician in the door that is not credited against the bill. Two of 24 reviews in the last six months are negative, so this is not the pattern — but if you hire them for plumbing, get the scope, the pitch and the warranty terms in writing before work starts.
