The one written account on file, from 2013, tells two different stories about the same customer. Tim Pillarella and his team wired a new home, security system included, and the reviewer came away impressed with how the job went. Years later, calling back for more electrical work, the same reviewer said calls went unreturned and a promised visit never happened, and when another company eventually looked at the earlier security system, the reviewer said they found a problem with it.
