The praise is consistent on the same points: fair quotes, work done on time, a clean site, and answers when you ask. One reviewer in February 2026 is a Boston general contractor who says he has worked with the owner for over ten years and keeps going back — a useful endorsement, since a GC knows what to look at. The caution is arithmetic. Every one of those five reviews sits on one platform and all five were posted between February and April 2026, so there is no independent second opinion and no history to speak of. Ask for references from jobs older than this year, and ask specifically about work outside decks — kitchens, basements, additions — because nothing written about them describes that kind of project yet.
