Reis Services Inc

Reis Services Inc is a Leominster, Massachusetts general contractor run by Josimar B. Reis, in business 13 years with a 10-person crew. The thing that keeps coming up in its review record is deck work — one reviewer called the finished deck "beautiful" and praised a professional, prompt team; another said the company gave a fair quote to repair a deck and its front columns, calling the result "amazing" and done on time. A third reviewer, a general contractor in Boston who has worked with the owner for over 10 years, said he can always rely on Reis for quality and reliability. Other reviews from early 2026 describe general construction and remodeling work as professional, detail-oriented and clean on-site, and a fifth mentions a free estimate for a docks job. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration and Construction Supervisor license (one- and two-family dwellings) are both active, and Thumbtack lists it as a background-checked Top Pro. BuildZoom separately shows one completed permit on file — a 2022 septic-system upgrade in South Dennis.
