This contractor was absolutely awful. "Fly by night." Had bad relationships with his sub contractors. Terrible communication. Very slow. We deeply regretted hiring him for our bathroom remodel! He was in over his head.

They were very professional. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company.

GREAT CARPENTRY JOB

We had severe water damage inside our house during a recent roof replacement.  The water damage caused our celings and walls to stain, bow and fall apart. After calling numerous general contractors for an estimates, and having been stood up by three local big named contractors we found Andre and his team from Remodeling Experts LLC my a quick google search. Andre called us back within 15min after leaving a message, he was professional and easily to understand what needed to be done. After the phone call we set up a meeting to come by for and estimate that week.  Remodeling Experts was happy to work with us and our insurance company to fix the damage. We needed r&r in 4 rooms that included walls, ceiling, insulation, painting and light fixtures to be removed and replaced. The quality of work was beyond expectations and what was needed to be done. The estimate was in the same range from other contractors, but his knowledge and professional guidance is what lead us to chose his company.  I will be using his service in the near future and highly recommend speaking to Andre for any job large or small. André sold the company very well but when the work was being done he kept on saying “why are you spending so much money on a rental”. He had the gaul to blame my family for his poor decisions. Attention to detail was non existent by Andre and his sub contractors. Andre’s excuse for his subcontractors was code regulations or that it can’t be done. Part of the contract was to level the floor in all 5 rooms and the front door to the Apartment now has a step to get in, is this normal? During demolition the existing wires for the intercom and thermostat were lost, how is this possible? His subcontractors actually entered other apartments in the building without warning me or my tenants. The intercom and thermostat then had to be wired externally in the hallways not attractive at all. The boilers were then rewired so unprofessionally just so the tenants can have heat in the apartment and to this day I’m waiting for an explanation and a fix 4 months after the completion date. I will never use or recommend Experts Remodeling ever again and learned a hard lesson that everyone needs to avoid.
