Renew Power Wash

Alan Hamer keeps getting called back. In 2025 reviews, one customer had him wash the house, deck and fence twice over three years; another said he came back four years after doing their parents' house; a third counted three visits across six years. Renew Power Wash is his company — family-owned, based in Chelmsford, washing homes and commercial properties across the Merrimack Valley. The work is exterior cleaning, and customers keep tying it to a deadline. In an April 2026 review, a homeowner said he squeezed them into a busy schedule so the house, deck and front steps looked right before an event they had planned. A May 2025 customer wrote that even in his peak season he accommodated a request to have the job done before Mother's Day. A July 2025 review described a house, roof, fence, stairs and landing, all over 14 years old, washed ahead of putting the place on the market. Price comes up about as often as the work itself: reviewers in 2024 and 2025 describe competitive, fair rates, and a March 2025 customer said he told their father what needed doing and nothing more, saving him money by leaving the rest alone. A May 2025 reviewer noted he goes back over what was done at the end of the job. On Google, 41 ratings average 4.9. It is not all siding. A 2021 customer credited Renew with the before-and-after on a pool they had given up on after throwing every chemical in the store at it, with an acid wash the next option on the table. If you have a house, deck or fence gone grey and a date you want it looking right by, this is a straightforward call. He works with a small crew and books up in the warm months, so ask early — and settle which surfaces the quote covers before he starts.
