RestoPros of Providence handles water damage and mold remediation. Its website says it answers water damage emergencies day and night, and it lists a service area of Cranston, Cumberland, East Providence, Lincoln, North Providence, Pawtucket, Providence and Smithfield. On a mold remediation job, a customer said Dan and Justin answered all of their questions about the process, and that Justin spent time both on the phone and in person during the remediation. A customer said Dan and Justin took care of a basement ceiling leak with mold remediation and cleaned up as if they were never there. A customer said they dried a leak in a new kitchen with minimal damage. On Thumbtack, a customer said Dan was out within an hour of their call and Sean stayed on top of the drying process. A customer said Sean did the entire house attic alone, on a job that became a three-day event because of equipment failure. A customer called the pricing very reasonable. A 2026 customer wrote that within minutes of their pipe burst, the company was at their doorstep. That 2026 customer said Sean, along with his manager, had the ceiling removed in a couple of hours without leaving dust behind. A 2025 customer said Sean came out a couple of hours after a call about a ceiling leak, opened the ceiling, found the source and had a plumber out to fix the pipe. In that 2025 review, the customer said Sean sprayed "the anti-mold stuff," left fans to dry out the wood and came back the next day to check on the drying. A local news site, wpri.com, has quoted Dan Jester of RestoPros of Providence on snow melt bringing in more calls.
