Homeowners who hire Revise tend to come back and name the crew. Andrew, Adrian, Erick, Kevin, Alex — and, over and over, "Truck 4." That is the texture of a Google page sitting at 5.0 across 35 ratings, most of them written this year by people who had just had a heat pump or a ductless mini-split system installed. The Haverhill company describes itself as a locally owned HVAC outfit handling central AC, heat pumps, furnaces and ductless mini-splits, plus seasonal maintenance plans and emergency repairs. Its Houzz profile puts the founding at 2016, and its BBB page lists ten years in business under Revise, Inc. What the recent reviews actually describe is conversion work. One customer had a five-room mini-split system installed within three weeks of agreeing to go ahead. Another counted four Bryant mini-splits going in — one 12,000 BTU and three 6,000 — with the finished system walked through inside and out afterward. A third had an old gas heating system replaced with heat pumps, gaining air conditioning in the process, and one more had an electrical panel upgraded alongside two heat pumps. Service calls read the same way: a Fujitsu mini-split was leaking water through a ceiling light in the next room, and the technician traced it to the brackets and hose line in the attic. Cleanup comes up in review after review. Rebates and financing are part of how these jobs get done. BBB lists the company as a Mass Save and NH Saves partner; one customer said the Mass Save financing is what made the work affordable, and another was walked through a 0% interest loan from Eastern Bank. Ask early what rebate amount your house actually qualifies for. Two things are worth raising. The BBB page — an A+, accredited since 2019 — also carries a critical review about scheduling a heat pump inspection. And parts of an install get subcontracted: one customer's condensate lines called for core-drilling through granite, work done by a sub who, in that customer's telling, left the mess spotless. If you are converting off oil or gas to heat pumps, or adding ductless cooling, this is the shop built for that job — full-system installs done by a named crew, with the rebate paperwork handled. Confirm the rebate figure and the scope of any electrical work before you sign.
