First time building a home? I highly recommend Rusty. I worked with Rusty for about a year and half. I bought a plot of land and Rusty came out during my due diligence period to advise on potential build locations and coordinate perc testing. This was crucial in giving me peace of mind that I was buying a plot that was actually feasible for a new build. We then discussed plans and he was receptive to any request for changes I had. We broke ground and about 7 months later we moved into our new home. Throughout the entire process Rusty was professional and responsive. This was my first time building and he was very patient in explaining all my possible options and the pros/cons of each. I really got the impression he was looking out for our best interests and not trying to maximize profits. Once we moved in he was immediately responsive any small fixes that popped up. He was very patient and respectful to coordinate working around our young daughters nap schedule. Overall 5/5 stars. If you are building for the first time, Rusty is your guy.

We can't say enough about Rusty and his team. From the very start Rusty made us very comfortable with our decision to build with him. This is our third home we've built and by far this was the best experience we ever had. Our home came out absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be happier. All of the craftsmen who worked on our property were talented professionals who take pride in their work. Rusty is just a great guy, very honest and decent. If he says he'll be there, he's there. He returns your call or text almost immediately. Extremely reliable crew. We would do it all again with this team.
