Rice Tree Service

This company made plans to cut down a tree for me then didn’t show up when I reached out they said they had all been sick but would definitely be out in a week and gave me a day and stated they would be here by Monday at the latest. They never showed up or let me know they weren’t coming and still have not gotten back to me weeks later. In my opinion I wouldn’t waste your time with this company.

They did a great job !! The area was picked up.Professional and easy to reach. Highly recommend

Very disappointing-- Stuart Rice came to my home to look at the project I needed accomplished, gave me a price, I agreed, he said he would be able to do it in a couple of weeks. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything, I left multiple voicemails over a period of two more weeks, but all were ignored. Having been a small business owner/operator myself for much of my career, I cannot imagine treating a potential customer in this way, regardless of how busy someone is and how much work they may have on an ongoing basis. If he changed his mind and didn't want to do the work, an. honest call or text message taking less than 60 seconds would have made a big difference.

Work was done quickly and efficiently. I was particularly impressed with the extra effort of the cleanup of the entire area.

Stu and his employees did an outstanding job. They removed 6 massive trees on my property. They never took a lunch break and cleaned up everything before they left. Hardworking, very professional. I would strongly recommend them for a tree removal job. Great guys. Stu is the absolute best!
