Richard M Devirgilio

Richard M Devirgilio is a one-man remodeling contractor based in Middleton, with a permit record spread across eastern Massachusetts from 2011 to 2023 — bathroom remodels in Peabody, Framingham and Milton, kitchen cabinet and plumbing work in West Roxbury, deck and stair rebuilds in Groveland, Milton and Newburyport, and a finished basement in Peabody. Two commercial permits also appear: a hair-salon tenant fit-up in Framingham in 2014 and a lab-equipment relocation in Boston in 2011. Town permit records list 21 projects in all, though only one has been filed in the past three years — activity has thinned sharply since 2019. His Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #147925, is active on the state registry; BuildZoom's listing for the same license shows an issue date of 10-18-2025. A separate BuildZoom listing for a different license, #212979, is internally inconsistent — labeled 'License Not Verified' in one place while its own text states the license expired in December 2022. This is a fit for a smaller residential remodeling job, particularly a bathroom; given the recent lull in permit activity, confirm current availability, licensing and insurance directly before signing a contract.
