Curley Plumbing & Heating's website says it has been in business 46 years and names Hudson, Berlin, Bolton, Marlborough, Stow, Sudbury, Maynard, Northborough, Southborough, Westborough and Clinton as its service area. A 2026 review says Richard came within an hour of the call and repaired a non functioning Campbell frost free water hydrant by making several adjustments without the need of parts. A 2026 review describes a 2 part job: a kitchen sink and faucet disconnect, then a new drain and faucet install after a new countertop was put in. In a separate 2026 review, Mr Curley replaced a disposal and the faucet for an outdoor hose, which had cracked. A 2026 review says a mid-day Friday call got a call back in under 10 minutes and Richard arrived that afternoon. In a 2024 review, they were at the door less than an hour after a call about a leaking water heater, and Ray replaced the water heater in about the same time. In a 2023 review, a customer who had Mr. Curly ignite a water heater pilot for $150 wrote that the person handling calls in the office treated them rudely, that a man left an envelope saying they had a week to pay or face court, and that there was no way to pay online. A separate 2023 review called the company very unprofessional. Richard T Curley's MA plumber license 1445-GF-M is expired on the state registry. The business holds an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau.
