Carlos responded right away and came to my house within a day to provide a quote. I hired them and the job was completed the next day. Very easy to get a hold of - and very good at communicating. Would hire them again.

What a joke - I had a shower wall that needed to be fixed. They gave me a quote and I told them to go ahead and perform the job. I asked them when they can come in and was told the next day at 1PM. I confirmed the time and day - took a day off and waited - and waited. After repeatedly calling after they did not show up with no answer, I called Home Advisor and got another service to come in same day for a quote. I got a call from Carlos (owner) at 3:00 PM apologizing and telling me that the guys got into an accident, and they will definitely there within an hour - so I called and cancelled the other company. Of course Right Ones never showed up neither called - I am glad they did not perform the job - I can bet their job would be as shoddy as their business practice/communication.

I was quoted 225 for the installation of a new gas dryer and removal of old dryer. I checked at least twice, verbally. Should have gotten it in writing. Left a check with my son. They charged 320.00. The bill did not itemize. I have called at least 7 times to ask for an explanation. After 10 days of seeking an explanation, I regretfully have to give a very poor review due to this 50% increase over the quote. I feel robbed.

Granted they could come to install my new stove quickly and provided several options to match my schedule, after cancelling twice... I wasn't so impressed with service. I was assured they install many types of stoves every week, so no problem! The model # was sent to them in advance, it was brand new in box with instructions however the minute they went to install the gas line and didn't immediately see where to hook it up on the back of the stove, I was promptly told I had purchased the wrong (propane not nat gas) version and they left even though I was sure the model was correct! After 5 minutes in the phone with GE after verifying the model was correct I had figured it out! A bit of patience and the claimed experience would have saved much confusion and frustration. They care back after their next job and completed the install. The next day I realized the stove was not leveled properly, so I did that myself. Then it comes to taking away the old appliance, they charge 2x other installers side removal the for my first appointments I was told they couldn?t collect until the next day and would just leave outside the house. If I?m paying that much for removal and disposal then I expect it to be gone the same day. Their other services might be better, but I won't be finding out.

Carlos was very prompt and courteous. He did a thorough job cleaning my gutters and I am very satisfied with the work he did. I would highly recommend Carlos and ROHS for any of your needs.
