A whole gutter and downspout system was being replaced when a June 2026 Google reviewer wrote about Rio Gutters, and what they valued was honesty: Luis and his crew suggested what to do and said what they didn't need, which would have cost more without the benefit. Rio Gutters says it has served West Hartford, Farmington, Avon, Simsbury and the rest of Greater Connecticut since 2016, with gutter installation, cleaning, repair and roof washing, free estimates and insurance. Google shows 4.7 stars from 56 ratings. In an August 2026 review, a customer wrote that the year before, the crew came out to fix their gutter trouble, explained what they were going to do, and had new gutters on the house in a day; they plan to use the company again for their garage. A June 2026 customer cited quick scheduling and attention to detail. Cleaning is the other steady job: in a June 2025 review, a Farmington Valley customer said Rio Gutters had kept their gutters clean for several years and praised a technician named C for a careful cleaning of gutters and downspouts. One April 2026 reviewer has used the company for many years to mulch their gardens, and another from March 2026 recommended it for gutters, plowing, landscaping and tree removal. In an October 2022 review, a customer said the crew came before the date they asked for, cleaned while they were away, and an uncleaned section later poured water onto their deck; the company said everything was clean when it left. A November 2023 reviewer described leaves left in the gutters, shown on video the next morning, while the owner insisted everything was fine. A November 2021 customer who had used them twice said they got a quote but no service date after more than three weeks of emails and calls.

Hi want people to know Rio is a awesome gutter company, last year I was in a big trouble with my gutters , let me tell you they came out and fix my problem, it was done so fast and the guys were so professional, they took the time to explain what they were going to do and in a day I had beautiful gutter on my house,I will be useing them again for my garage. Thank Felicita 😊
Great communication, very quick scheduling, and good attention to detail. The house looks great! Would use again.
We're just finishing having our entire gutter and downspout system replaced, and Luis and his crew have been nothing but professional, knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. They gave suggestions on what we should get done and, importantly, were honest about what we didn't need to have done that would've just cost us more money without commensurate benefit. We appreciate their help and expertise in making an otherwise difficult home repair process as painless as possible.
Excellent customer service and took care of my needs immediately and efficiently! Highly recommend!!
