Rite Window is a Woburn, Massachusetts window and door replacement company that says it has served the Greater Boston area since August 2000, and a 2026 trade article reports it has since officially rebranded to the national platform Renuity, which also owns Mad City, Pacific Bath, FHIA Remodeling and several other regional home-improvement brands. The strongest praise in its record is specific. Reviewers name individual crew members — Judi and Phil on one recent job, Patrick and Phil on another — and describe fast, clean installs: 24 windows ordered and installed quickly without upselling, and, in a 2025 account, 105-year-old wooden windows plus old aluminum storm windows swapped for new double-hung units, 29 windows in two and a half days. The complaints are just as specific and span the company's history rather than clustering in one bad year. A 2025 BuildZoom review describes a shower job that started without permits, an apprentice doing the skilled work, and the wrong-size shower base installed. Homeowner surveys collected by Best Pick Reports separately describe unfilled nail holes, a door repaired and repainted the wrong color after a handle problem, and wind still coming through newly installed windows. A 2026 ComplaintsBoard post makes a similar allegation about a shower crew that arrived without a plumber and cut pipe left in the yard. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, verified directly against the state registry, is expired (HIC 205017). That is worth asking about directly before signing anything. Directories disagree on the basics beyond that: Best Pick Reports lists licence numbers HIC 212123 and CS-070253, Houzz lists a different MASS HIC# 138722, and only 205017 is the number the state registry actually confirms. A reasonable call for a standard window or door replacement given the volume of specific, positive accounts of fast, tidy crews, but confirm the current licence status with the state directly and get scope, timeline and pricing in writing before work begins.

We had our existing bathroom shower replaced with Kohler LuxStone Shower installed by a crew from Kohler. This was not a simple job as the bathroom was 80" " 46" and 96" in height. The finished bathroom shower looks amazing and the crew assigned to do the work did an excellent job. We were very impressed with their attention to detail and how they cleaned up the work space each day. Highly recommended if you want a quality shower remodel.
We had four new windows installed. Three replacement windows and an extra to expand another where the sun comes up. Team B did an excellent job. They came out beautiful. They even matched the new woodwork to my 1948 woodwork trim. I am so happy with them, they are coming back this fall to put in the final four. I highly recommend them.
Rite Window did a beautiful job replacing the 40 year old windows and exterior doors on my single family home. Judi, the Sales Rep, and Phil, the Project Manager, were very responsive to my questions as a first time homeowner. The installation crew was also stellar. I highly recommend Rite Windows.
Rite Window did a great job with removal of my 105 year old wooden windows plus 50 year old aluminum storm windows and the install of new modern double hung double pane windows. Wonderful people and job. They did 29 windows in 2 & 1/2 days. Amazing.
