RKM Flooring Solutions, which also goes by Beantown Tile, is a Franklin flooring and tile company. A 2024 Google customer said it replaced a big section of hardwood floor in their house, then sanded, stained and finished the rest of the floor to match floors 109 years old. That 2024 customer said the work ran over three days of 12-hour days so they could get back to their house. The same 2024 reviewer, who said they work in development and construction, wrote that RKM had done multiple jobs for them: a partial floor replacement, a full installation and tile. That 2024 customer also said no dust or dings were left behind, that Rob called with updates throughout the work, and that the pricing was reasonable and fair. A 2025 Google customer said everyone they met during a bathroom renovation was friendly and knowledgeable, and called installer Chan very neat and tidy, with very high attention to detail. On its Houzz profile, the company describes itself as a full-service flooring company that specializes in tile for floors, showers and jacuzzis. The Better Business Bureau gives it an A+ grade and lists it as accredited.
Rob and crew were great! Very easy to work with and everyone I met during the bathroom renovation process from start to finish were friendly and very knowledgeable. My installer, Chan ,is the best! Very high attention to detail, and very neat and tidy. Great local business that I highly recommend!
Legitimately the best flooring company in the business. I have now had multiple jobs done by RKM— partial floor replacement, full installation and tile- and they’re just absolute artisans. Rob runs a great company and is extremely hands-on and communicative. His team of installers are all gentlemen, phenomenal craftsman and take great pride in their work. They’re also EXTREMELY NEAT! they recently replaced a big section of my hardwood floors and then sanded down the rest and stained and finished the whole floor to match. They matched new flooring with 109 year old floors and it is literally prestine and all looks brand new. They did this over three days for me so we could get back to our house, which meant they worked 12 hour days. I can’t say enough about how good it came out but also my house is immaculate- they didn’t leave any dust or dings anywhere. Even my white baseboard looks immaculate. The guys are such polite gentlemen too and Rob was calling me to update me throughout the work. There’s nobody else to work with. I also do development and construction for a living, so I’ve worked with so many contractors and subs, but RKM is the top of the line. Pricing is also incredibly reasonable and fair. Don’t waste your time with another flooring company; this is your horse. I have included some photos which don’t really do it justice because the lighting is different in different rooms.
