GC Hardwood Floors is a Bellingham, Massachusetts hardwood flooring company built around one man's work: Gustavo Oliveira, who says he's run the business for more than 10 years installing, sanding, refinishing, and repairing hardwood, engineered hardwood, laminate, and vinyl floors. Across 34 Google reviews dated 2024 through mid-2026 — all 34 five stars — the same story repeats: Gustavo and his crew show up on time, move fast, and leave the house as clean as they found it. A March 2026 reviewer called him meticulous and detail-oriented after he removed old stair carpeting, filled the nail holes, and sanded the oak treads without leaving dust behind; that same month another customer noted a floor patch so well blended it was undetectable once finished. A 2025 review described him fixing a stained floor by refinishing just the affected boards rather than the whole room, and another from March 2025 called his pricing competitive against other quotes. A July 2026 review of a full bedroom hardwood installation called the process seamless from the first call to the finished floor. Earlier reviews, from 2024, describe the same reliability on kitchen and basement jobs. The Better Business Bureau gives the company an A grade, though it is not a BBB-accredited business. GC's own site cites the same decade-plus of experience and a five-star average that matches what Google shows. I recently had a wonderful experience with Gustavo and his team installing new hardwood floors in my bedrooms. From start to finish, the process was seamless. The crew was incredibly quick and efficient. The final result is absolutely beautiful - the new floors have completely transformed the space. If you are looking for professional, reliable, and skilled installers, I highly recommend Gustavo. Thank you!
Great work on a really tricky job! Thank you
They did a great job and came short notice
Awesome Experience and extremely responsive truly a 5 star and professional job well done!
Working with Gustavo was an absolute delight, and he did such beautiful work installing our hardwood floors! From our first call, he shared his expertise to advise us, moved quickly to get our project done prior to a move, coordinated with the supplier, completed all documentation for our strict condo association approval, and communicated with us every step of the way. He was SO on top of the entire process, we really felt we could trust him to deliver from the start. Then, he went even further above and beyond with the quality of our installation: simply put, it’s stunning! His team cleaned our entire apartment; there was zero dust left anywhere. We feel so lucky that we found Gustavo and would work with him again in a heartbeat!
