Rm Custom Works is a Medford handyman and custom woodworking outfit that lists home remodeling and custom woodworking as its focus on Thumbtack. There's a single written account on file: in a 2024 review, a customer hired Rm Custom Works to install windows and came away impressed, writing that despite his young appearance the pro was extremely knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. It's a five-star account, but it's also the only one - the 5.0 Thumbtack rating rests on that review alone. There isn't much else here yet on licensing, longevity, or a broader body of work. Anyone considering hiring should ask about experience with similar jobs and get references directly, since the public record so far is a single project.
Don't let his young appearance and age fool you, he is extremely knowledgeable and did a wonderful job installing my windows.
