Robert L Cunningham Construction

Robert L Cunningham Construction is listed at 12 Taft Street in Marblehead, working under the exterior/home-improvement umbrella, though the record here is thin and shows some data-quality issues worth flagging directly. The only project on file is nearly three decades old: a 1998 permit in Falmouth, MA for $2,400 to remove and replace eight windows and re-side a wall with ten squares of shingles, marked complete. Nothing else has been recorded since. BuildZoom's own listing shows three Massachusetts licenses tied to this profile — Home Improvement Contractor numbers #211140 and #127725, and Construction Supervisor #CS-072387 — all listed inactive and 'at one point cancelled.' The same listing also names an unrelated person, Angelo Perrina, as an owner alongside several variations of Robert Cunningham's own name, suggesting BuildZoom may have merged more than one business record here. Verify identity and current licensing directly before considering this listing.
