If I could give no stars, I would. Emery cleared our property in Ossipee. He made a terrible mess and did a horrible job. My builder told me that the driveway he cleared was very poor work. He didn’t remove the organics. He lied and claimed he did when we talked to him. The proof was the roots left behind in the driveway and no pile of loam to show it was done.. He also left very large piles of wood chips on the property and refused to clean them up. We paid him a lot of money for a very poor job. When I asked him to come back and fix his mistakes and he told me that’s not going to happen. He was argumentative and rude. I’m contacting the better business bureau.

John is probably one of the best excavation contractors in the area. always on time, does a great job and is fast
Most arrogant driver. Drove across my property in a dump truck that was signed and told me he couldn't read English. Called me a flatlander and just laughed and went on his way
I was driving with my ten month old son and pregnant fiancé in the car. Waiting to pass as there was no police officer or signage as they were loading the excavator on a truck. Eventually I went to pass and the gentleman driving swung the bucket at my car and started shaking it at my car inch by inch until I backed it up. Scared my fiancé terribly until she was crying and the guy driving and another worker stood there waving and laughing after I told them there was a baby in the car. Reported this and hope the Tamworth PD address this before they hurt someone. I would hope large companies would think twice about using a construction company that would act so unsafe to a family traveling with a baby in the car.
