Great selection and service. Installation was fast and well done. Definitely recommend!!
Our hot water heater failed causing a flood in our basement which destroyed the carpet. One call to Walter at Rockbottom and he sent his worker over within the hour to remove the sopping carpet. It was a heavy, wet job but he got it done quickly. We ordered a new carpet which arrived quickly. It was installed today. The men who did the work were meticulous. They even moved all the furniture for us. I would not hesitate to hire Walter and Rockbottom again should the need arise.
I was looking for a discontinued flooring to fix a crack in my plank floor. and couldn’t find it anywhere. Talked to Walter from Rock Botton Flooring & Furniture. He went above and beyond and found me a box of flooring and is having it shipped to me right away at a great price. I highly recommend him and his store!
I bought an adjustable bed which was an excellent choice. From the point of sale to a well organized and courteous delivery team. They go beyond to ensure the entire process was smooth. I thank all the store staff and delivery team for a job well executed.
All I can say is Walter and crew are the best I've been buying from them over the years and they've always been very helpful in finding the perfect bed at a reasonable price .
