Highly recommend Wall Street Wood Floors. Very professional with excellent communication through every step of the process. Tom really transformed our maple floors into a modern, white-pigmented Nordic aesthetic. Could not be more pleased with the process and result.

Very unprofessional and wish we took our business elsewhere. We were given a quote after Tom and Tommy visited our home numerous times. When it came time to start the work they said their quote was off. We against better judgment decided to move on with Wall Street Wood Floors. They did install the floors but we were told that the finish we were originally agreed upon would not be possible and we again would need to pay more money. We approached them with the facts from our original emails and conversations and were told it was just not possible. Needless to say they are no longer handling our project. Tommy the younger was very professional and nice to deal with. They did visit our home numerous times as they couldn’t figure out the correct pricing for the job, (Numerous emails from them requesting to visit the home) As far as audio recordings go they were clearly talking in front of a ring doorbell about us and our job site. We do care about our home and the quality of work which is why we went with another company who gives honest pricing upfront.
