Rogers Contracting Company works out of Waltham and, by its own account, has 47 years in the trade as a family-run outfit — the kind of small crew people call for a porch rebuild, new windows, or a punch list of small jobs nobody else wants to touch. Every review on file — all nine of them, rated 5 out of 5 — names the same person doing the actual work, Scott. In a 2010 review, a homeowner described him showing up on time for a window inspection and estimate, calling the price "very reasonable" and the finished windows great. Another, from late 2010, credited him with rebuilding a rotted wood porch and its stairs, calling the result better than expected and the crew efficient and neat. A 2009 review described hiring him for a punch list of odd jobs neither homeowner wanted to tackle, finished on time and within budget; another, the same year, praised him for taking a Sunday emergency call on short notice and keeping the final cost in line with the original estimate despite a complication mid-job. The catch is timing: every written review on file dates to 2009–2011, so there's nothing on record to say how the crew performs today. Angi also lists a "Licenced Construction Supervisor" credential for the company — that's the directory's own claim, not something checked against the state licensing board. For a homeowner with a list of smaller carpentry and repair jobs — a porch rebuild, new windows, the odd tasks that have been sitting on a to-do list — this looks like the right call, though it's worth confirming the crew, pricing, and licensing status are still current before booking.

Scott was fabulous to work with and his work was top notch as well as a great value--I am already planning to use him for another project
Scott was great to work with. He made good suggestions on fixtures/materials and had good ideas for ways to make the finished project look good. He was flexible with incorporating our ideas clearly communicated when changes needed to occur.
Very responsive in providing inspection and estimate for new windows. Price was very reasonable. Rogers contracting showed up on time as scheduled. They also cleaned up work site in a professional manner. The project was completed on schedule and the windows they installed look great. I have no hesitation in using them again.
Scott did a great job on our porch/stairs rebuild. We needed to replace our front, wood porch & stairs as well as the concrete stairs below that. He was here when he said he would be. Completed the work beyond our expectations. Scott was friendly and very helpful in determining the best materials for the job that were also cost effective. He was efficient, hardworking and neat. We are very happy with the work that Rogers Contracting Company did for us. We would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
Good communication. I would do business again.
