Rooted Gardens

I called to see about getting some landscaping done, I described my project and she said it was the kind of work she does and she was interested. She said she was booking about a month out and asked if she could text me with some possible dates. That was 5 weeks ago. No text, no call, no nothing since then. I have called three times and left messages asking where we are. Radio silence. In the meantime, the season is escaping us and I did not keep trying other landscapers because she said she was going to be in touch. If she didn't want the job or isn't able to do it, that would be disappointing but fine. But ghosting me is not fine. Not the way to run a business.

We have been working with Rooted Gardens since the business began. Krystyna and Matt have been very responsive to our questions and requests and have provided the services we wanted. This summer they have really helped us. We are selling our house and knowing this they made sure to finish the garden clean up, mulching and trimming that we had requested before the photos were taken for the realtors. This involved moving up the date of the services because of the threat of rain. They did this on their own to help us. How thoughtful! Barb and Alan Callaway
