Poor communication from the beginning as surveyed property when I wasn’t home. Underestimated the time it would take his crew and abruptly quit after I asked the crew to finish the areas I had asked to be trimmed. Charged for services I didn’t request which I then paid for and was told I was a bad customer.
Reliable, professional snow plowing. I do my own lawn work so haven't had occasion to use them in the summer. But I have asked them to truck in bark mulch and stone products and Scott responds quickly and delivers materials promptly for a reasonable fee. Fabulous company!
I called Scott at 7:30 in the morning on a Saturday on the biggest snowstorm of the year to ask if he could help plow my senior mom’s driveway as I live out of state. He did not work in the area, BUT, he gave me a contact and proceeded to reach out himself to another company to help assist and they’re coming right over to help. I am BEYOND grateful for Scott’s kindness and empathy. So heartwarming to know there are people like this in this community. I highly, highly recommend!!!
