First - 20 out of 10! My pipes were leaking- no one within my area could come! They traveled 45 minutes to me the next day! 2 young kids- 18 and 22. Polite, knowledgeable, professional. Got the job done and left everything clean and dry! 3 days later I get a call from the company to just check in. I tell the lady things went great, the 2 young men they sent out were amazing and I'm extremely happy with the service. Today- in the mail- I get a Dunkin gift card from them! Thanking ME for providing feedback because they value their employees! How amazing is that???? Give them a call- support a business who cares about their employees and customers! I hope I don't Find myself needing them again- but I won't be going anywhere else if I do!

If I could give this company and their employees 10 stars, I would. There were tree roots in my waste pipe causing everything to back up. They they showed up right away, informed me of the situation and what I need to do to get through the long holiday weekend until they could return on Monday to jet the line. They were very helpful, great to deal with and very responsive. These guys are rockstars. Thanks again and would recommend this company to anyone.

The Rooter-MAN did a superior job unclogging my kitchen sink. It had hard like concrete build up. They did some needed drain pipe elevation so that the drainage would flow. They installed a new water conservation handicap commode. Installed new fixtures on the bathtub. I rated the work 5 🌟 because they were young polite professionals.

. Twice now, we have relied on Rooter Man for our plumbing needs. The first instance involved a crushed sewer line at our business address; beneath the asphalt leading to the street. Most recently, we encountered a blockage in our main drain at home. Chris handled both situations with professionalism, utilizing top-of-the-line equipment and showcasing his expertise. His exceptional attitude and dedication to resolving an unpleasant issue were truly remarkable. 😇 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice people. Customer service directed. I use them in our 2 buildings and they did a great job. Cheaper than their competitor.
