Rousseau Plumbing & Heating LLC

In my old house I purchased a few Kohler fixtures for my bathroom reno. The plumbers I unfortunately hired were a disaster. I had to get Kohler involved and they sent out their certified plumbers which were Rousseau plumbing. They fixed it to perfection. Then a few years later we moved to a new build and the install plumbers were even worse than my old house. Rousseau to the rescue once again. I’ve had to endure many incompetent plumbers over the years so when you find a real gem it makes the find all that much sweeter. Unfortunately we live just outside of their service area. But for those of you lucky enough to be in their radius, you cannot go wrong with them. Morgan is a superstar. He is so nice and also has a vast knowledge of everything plumbing, not just Kohler products. Brianna is great too. She was always quick to respond to my texts and never lost patience with me despite my numerous questions. This latest fix was tricky. We had to have tile removed to get to the problem in the shower and he only had a small area to work in. Amazingly we were only out of a shower for 5 days. Morgan made it look easy which I know it wasn’t. Bottom line is they are exceptional.

We had them here today to fix a busted shower head elbow. Morgan was outstanding. He was courteous, skilled, fast and a great guy. Can't recommend him/them enough. Even the contact girl was perfect. The price was less than expected. We will use them again when needed.

First of all, a word of advice to those novices out there. Coordinating a plumber and carpenter to do a job in a short time frame is not a task for the faint of heart, with that being said here is my short story. Rousseau Plumbing & Healing LLC was highly recommended by my neighbor (brother from another mother). He went on to say that he really liked them. So, I booked a construction company to demo my shower for removal of a tub and conversion to a walk in shower. The construction company informed me that they will then need a plumber to come in about four days to do all the pipe work. Well, you know what happened I called Rousseau's and they had openings up to two or three weeks four out for a booking, which I found out was very standard. But what I encountered, restore my faith in people. I spoke to Brianna, she was so kind and listened to me process the whole ordeal out loud. Clearly she could smell a novice. She listened intently when I explained I will be away on a trip, blab , blab, and even more than that she exhibited patiences and professionalism. She listened to me work the details out my head and then offered sound suggestions. She was simply wonderful to person navigating a new world. We book a future date for a consulting, but a friend was able to secure a plumber. If Brianna is an reflection of this company and I believe she it, then the next time I have. a job they will be my people. Spoke to Jarrett last week about replacing sink faucet cartridges and installing a new shower head. Appointment was for today. Garret and Maya were on time.... polite professional, clean, and done! Don't be fooled because Garrett looks like a kid. But I'm in my 70s and if he were 50 years old he would look like a kid. 😃. Very happy with the service.

Can't recommend them. Poor communication and very high rate-- went with another highly recommended plumber who charged $1000 less for the same thing.
