ROYAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Royal Construction Services, also known as Royal Painting, is a Natick, Massachusetts builder and painter run by Ariela and Fabio. Its website describes exterior and interior painting, finish carpentry, deck construction, room additions and small remodels across Eastern Massachusetts; its Angi and HomeAdvisor listings add bathroom remodels, note six years of experience, free estimates and Spanish spoken, and carry a 4.9-star rating from 18 reviews, 94% of them five stars, with an Approved badge on both. Ariela is the name in nearly every review, usually for the way she runs the front end of a job. In a June 2026 review, a homeowner said she reached out right after their request, listened, suggested ways to keep a deck within budget and provided a fully itemized bid. A 2025 reviewer said she helped develop a design and adjusted it with them as the crew built it; 2021 and 2022 reviewers credited her color advice on a repainted two-story colonial with a farmer's porch and on a three-story house restained along with two interior rooms. A 2023 reviewer had her and Gustavo stain a large deck and porch and would hire them again. The crew's work gets the same tone: a 2020 reviewer said every step was discussed and the team took care of things as they arose; another said the crew treated the house as if it were theirs. Responsiveness shows up concretely, including a November 2025 trim-board repair done on a Sunday ahead of rain. The two four-star reviews, from 2020 and 2021, still praised polite, hard-working crews, an owner who checked on the workers often, and cleanup before leaving. Royal is a strong call for exterior painting and staining, deck building and refinishing, and small carpentry in MetroWest and the Natick area. Ask for the itemized bid the June 2026 reviewer described, and if you want a bathroom remodel, ask to see examples, since the written accounts are about painting, staining and decks.
