In a July 2026 review, a customer said Rob answered a call about a gas leak at 4:30pm and had it repaired by 8am the next morning. A June 2026 review described a same-visit gas-leak repair in an apartment ceiling. Multiple reviews describe emergency fixes: a burst hot water heater replaced within hours in 2024, a heating system restored after an hour on-site the same year, and a broken pipe fixed the same day it was found.
