I just had Frank, the owner come to my house to fix my air conditioning. He called me after I called Home Solutions to request service. I have Home Solutions for my appliances (contract ) that I pay every month. So then Frank came from FJM Heating and Air Conditioning to help me. Frank is nothing but a life saver! Our heater broke in the middle of the night during freezing season and Frank was here in the morning to check the issue and figure what part was needed. I know he had such a busy day but he came back same day at night with the needed part and fixed our heater. His sense of urgency (knowing we have a little kid at home and the temperatures are going below freezing) made all the difference and showed how amazing human he is.
